I'm always careful with who works on my Porsche but I have no hesitation taking it to Auto Glitz again. The staff is courteous and very knowledgeable they are even into motor sport racing events. 12/08 - I had never used Tire Rack or Auto Glitz before. I ordered 4 Pirelli Scorpion STR for my truck and I was a bit concerned since I was not 100% sure how the tires would look or ride. The order was shipped right to Auto Glitz and as soon as the order arrived I got a call from Carlos from Auto Glitz. I went that afternoon for the installation. The place was easy to find and I was really impressed how helpful and friendly everyone there was. I dropped off the truck went to get a bite to eat and when I got back they were just about finished. I was going to tell them to throw the spare in the bed of the truck but the installer put it back under the bed where it belongs. The price for the installation was just as it shows online and the customer service was top notch. I was worried about spending a lot of money on tires without seeing them and sending them to an installer that I did not know but after my order I will never drive around town looking for tires again. Auto Glitz has great prices helpful and friendly staff and I would defiantly recommend their shop. Thanks guys Orely

09/08 - Orlando I believe he's the owner was very courteous and helpful. The mechanics especially Andrew are always very helpful and good to work with. I had them install a tire six months ago. I returned to have them install four new tires because the service is excellent and friendly. I highly recommend Auto Glitz.

07/08 - Its so nice to report GREAT service for a change! Orlando and Carlos were both great. I was tracking my UPS shipment myself. Orlando called me the moment my tires arrived. He told me I could come right in and get them installed. I showed up at Auto Glitz 30 minutes later. They wrote my repair order up and brought my car in immediately. I was out of there in just 60 minutes. Carlos offered me a FREE alignment check which I happily accepted. The alignment check showed I had one wheel just barely out of spec. I would need to buy a camber bolt to correct the problem. Carlos then suggested I drive the car first to see if it pulls before I spend anymore money. The car doesn't pull so I'm going to let it go for now. If I do run into any future pulling problems I will definitely let them handle it. The guy in the shop (I don't know his name)also came out and spoke to me. He was extremely courteous as well. Here's the rest of the story: My local Mercedes dealer told me I would need to replace both front rims ($700) to get the shimmy out of the front wheels! I have the same rims they told me I needed to replace no shimmy no wobble no pulling!!! If your a fan of GREAT SERVICE GREAT WORKMANSHIP AND FAIR PRICING you'll love Auto Glitz!

06/08 - Orlando and his Crew did an awesome job getting my Dunlop tires installed and high speed balanced. When time came for alignment he showed me the readings of his state of the art machine that determine that alignment was fine and if I want they can tweak it more but was unnecessary. That alone saved me another $80 and at this time car feels perfect. Honest installer with excellent crew. Highly recommended.

04/08 - I have a 2005 Mazda Rx8 and Ive been going to Auto Glitz for years and I have to say that they are the only operation I trust to work on my car. This facility takes pride in there work and they make sure to go the extra mile. Great prices after market support suspension tuning services ETC. What else can I say...They will continue to get my business years to come. Oh and I drove 35 miles just to see them.

03/08 - I have an 06 GTO with over $10000 in suspension /motor work. I purchased a set of ROH wheels for my car and it started to get the dreaded wheel shimmy at 65mph. So I took my GTO to AUTO GLITZ INC in HOOLYWOOD FL. Orlando and Gene took care of the problem I had. They have the HUNTER 9700 computer balancing machine with the newest software installed. But the trick to getting your balancing right the first time. Is to have the right personnel that knows what they are doing. Thanks again Orlando Gene for the great service and professional service I received. The shop is one of the cleanest wheel shops I have ever been in lol.

03/08 - Orlando and the guys have always been very good to me. I have two vehicles a 2001 4-Runner and a 2003 M3. I have had tire and suspension installed on both and the results have always been top notch. Thanks Autoglitz!

02/08 - I have used this installer at least 3 times in the last year. They have the best equipment and very knowledgeable people. Custom work is done here for very expensive cars. Bring your own chair but service is quick.

08/07 - This was my first experience buying tires online. The recommended installer was not the closest, but after reading reviews I took customer advice. I am glad I did. Orlando and his staff handled the installation in a very professional manner. It was quick and painless. I recommend them highly and would use them again. The entire online experience worked as advertised and saved me money.

06/07 - When I called in I was given an immediate appointment with no wait at all!. The staff is courteous and got to work right away on my car. The equipment is first rate and all care is taken to assure the job is done right (to give you an example of how thorough they are: their pneumatic ratchet is dialed to apply low torque so after securing the wheel lugs they go with a manual torque wrench to apply the exact recommended torque per lug). I also chose to have my wheels filled with nitrogen. I drive in a "spirited" fashion and can tell you that the new tires feel fantastic. Why would anyone put time researching and purchasing a tire and then not mind on how they are mounted? Doing things right pays in the long run. Highly recommended!

05/07 - I am very picky about who touches the wheels on my Porsche, having had some bad experiences in the past. So I was very happy to find that the team at Auto Glitz were absolutely first rate. State-of-the-art Hunter equipment clean and organized shop (you may need a map to find it) and a totally customer service motivated group of people. And all at fair and reasonable prices. Gonzalo "G" for short is the head tech understands how to use his equipment completely and was very patient to explain road force balancing and taking loving care of my wheels. Same thing with the Hunter alignment. Very impressive. G even knows where to point Porsche wheel caps now ;-) Orlando and Carlos were outstanding delivered on time and at cost with no surprises or time wasted. 04/07 - Very very nice staff, but way overpriced. Walked out paying $118 just to install the tires. $10.00 for TPMS Service is not O.K.

04/07 - Auto Glitz is truly a modern, clean, and well equipped garage with personnel that know what they are doing and talking about. I felt that I was an important customer from the moment I first spoke to them. They were extremely informative. They installed and speed balanced 4 tires, disposed of the old tires and had wheel alignment done (which I needed pretty badly). All done under one hour ! I will be a returning customer to Auto Glitz.

02/07 - Received excellent service. Orlando was able to fit in my tire mount and balance on very short notice, on a Saturday afternoon. A few days later I took the car back for a 4-wheel alignment. The car now drives as good as new. Good deal price-wise on both the mounting + Road Force balancing and the alignment. Orlando and his crew were extremely professional and courteous and kept my wait to a minimum. The facility is clean and has newer tire balancing and alignment equipment than the last few tire places I had used. I'd definitely recommend Auto Glitz and I plan to use them again for my next tire job and alignment.

02/07 - Auto Glitz is an excellent shop. They are very professional, with clean and modern facilities. If you have a high end car or have large after market wheels, this is the place to go. They do Hunter Road force balance and Digital Hunter alignments and they do Purigen nitrogen inflation of tires. They are by far the best shop that I have used and would recommend them enthusiastically.
